Restaurant and brewery

In our restaurant, we continue the tradition and great reputation that it has built during the First Republic, when the hotel was run by the Leopold family. Our cuisine is based on traditional Czech dishes prepared from fresh and, if possible, local ingredients. In the course of 2014, we built our own mini-brewery at the hotel - the Richard Mini Brewery. If you are interested, we will be happy to arrange a tour of the mini-brewery, including a guided tasting of our beers, led directly by our brewer.

Traditional cuisine

In our restaurant, we continue the tradition and great reputation that it has built during the First Republic, when the hotel was run by the Leopold family. Our cuisine is based on traditional Czech dishes prepared from fresh and, if possible, local ingredients.

The total capacity of the restaurant is 50 seats. If you welcome privacy, we will be happy to serve you in our lounge with a capacity of ten seats.

The restaurant is dominated by a large tiled stove, which completes the family atmosphere of the hotel and at the same time provides a pleasant "natural" warmth in the winter months. Our specialty in the winter months is serving soups directly from earthenware pots heated on the tile stove. Just take a look, choose a soup and we will serve it to you immediately.

During 2014, we built our own mini-brewery at the hotel - Račínský mini-brewery Richard. Richard is a natural unfiltered and unpasteurized beer, brewed by the traditional method from the highest quality ingredients, which is a reminder of how the beer tasted in the past. We brew a total of five basic types of beer. In addition, you can look forward to interesting limited series of specials during the year, which we always cook on the occasion of important events of the year.

The production capacity of the brewery is 10 hl, the brewery's circular cellars have a volume of 2 x 20 hl and the volume of the lager tanks is 9 x 20 hl. At Račín we use excellent local water, which does not need to be treated in any way and thus contributes very significantly to the excellent taste of beer.
