FROM PRAGUE - by motorway D1 to exit 119 Velký Beranov, road 353 direction Žďár nad Sázavou. Here, take the road to Hradec Králové - Pardubice, at the end of Žďár in front of the UNICORN-OIL petrol station, turn left according to the Hotel Račín sign, 8 km, then along the Pilská Reservoir to Polnička. At the stop sign, in front of the Červeňák guest house, left 4 km to Račín.
FROM BRNO - take the D1 motorway to exit 141 in the direction of Žďár nad Sázavou direction Přibyslav, here on the square in front of Česká spořitelna on the left via Malá Losenice and Vepřová to Račín avou, then the 602 road to Ostrov nad Oslavou. Turn left in the direction of Žďár, road 37, at the end of Žďár in front of the UNICORN-OIL petrol station, turn left according to the Hotel Račín sign, 8 km, then along the Pilská Reservoir to Polnička. At the stop sign, in front of the Červeňák guest house, left 4 km to Račín.

1939
The history of Hotel Leopold dates back to 1939. Thanks to the personal approach of the then owner Antonín Leopold and his family, the hotel soon became a famous and sought-after place for a quiet holiday and new strength for many important personalities from culture, business and politics. This is evidenced by the preserved guest book from 1939-1948.Račín is described in historical sources as a well-known, long-visited romantic resort, while the hotel offered nice sunny rooms, and the restaurant then tasted and nutritious, as the owner had a larger farm of his own.
Our goal is to continue this tradition and create a place for our guests that will enchant them, give them a sense of a second home and they will always be happy to return.
